This SIMOONS module is based on an emergency box, and the overall goal of participants is to attend to, examine, stabilise and treat a patient suspected of SARS-CoV-2 or other highly communicable biological agents

Participants can practise the sequence of donning and doffing personal protection equipment (PPE), and within the box, it is possible to can imaging, laboratory and electrocardiogram tests.

Participants communicate with each other and with the patient verbally in real-time. 
Different roles can be adopted: simulation facilitator, participant, and observer. It is also possible to interact with different patient profiles and medical devices.

It allows for the generation of multiple cases and sessions simultaneously.
