Amb motiu del Dia Internacional de la Dona, explorem els desafiaments als quals s'enfronten les dones en l'àmbit científic, des de la recerca fins al tractament mèdic.
Descobreix a través de les seves veus com els prejudicis de gènere i la perspectiva androcèntrica han impactat el desenvolupament de fàrmacs i tractaments, i com la ciència i la medicina estan evolucionant cap a un reconeixement més equitatiu de les diferències biològiques i la necessitat d'enfocaments personalitzats en el tractament d'homes i dones.
Aquest episodi no sols aborda l'escassetat de referents femenins en el món científic i la bretxa de gènere en posicions de lideratge, sinó que també aprofundeix en com els prejudicis inconscients poden afectar la trajectòria professional de les dones en aquestes àrees.
