El programa entrena els residents des dels R1 als R5 de Medicina Intensiva en habilitats tècniques i no tècniques.
El programa està dirigit a residents com a complement de les sessions teòriques.
Es fan tallers i escenaris de simulació per assegurar competències i coneixements al Vall d’Hebron Centre de Simulació Clínica Avançada.
Els residents es reparteixen en funció de l’any i l’objectiu de cada sessió, amb un màxim de sis en cada una.
El programa té com a objectiu implementar la simulació com a metodologia d’aprenentatge per a tot l’equip del servei de Medicina Intensiva.
