Per telèfon, el director assitencial, el Dr. Antonio Roman, els va explicar l’evolució del pla de contingència, la readaptació dels professionals i els espais i la col·laboració amb el territori, hospitals privats i hotels.
El passat dissabte els Reis d’Espanya van mantenir una conversa amb el Director Assistencial de l’Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron, el Dr. Antonio Roman, durant la qual van transmetre la seva felicitació i ànims a tot el personal de la nostra institució per la feina feta durant la gestió del coronavirus.
Durant la trucada, que va durar 45 minuts, Felipe i Letizia van interessar-se per la situació actual de l’hospital i pels plans que s’havien fet per afrontar la situació, i van demanar que es transmetés a tots els professionals de Vall d’Hebron l’agraïment pel gran esforç fet en les darreres setmanes, així com els ànims per afrontar el que queda.
El Dr. Roman els va explicar l’evolució del pla de contingència, la readaptació dels professionals i els espais, la col·laboració amb el territori i hospitals privats, així com els hotels que estan acollint pacients i professionals. I per sobre de tot, el gran compromís de tota l’organització de l’hospital més gran de Catalunya, que ha permès fer front a la gran activitat de les darreres setmanes i que serà necessari per afrontar la nova situació de transició que farà des d’ara compatible l’atenció al pacient amb COVID-19 i al no COVID-19.
