Aquest dimecres 20 de desembre, els infants de l'Hospital MaternoInfantil de Vall d'Hebron han rebut una visita molt especial: el Pare Noel i tres Elfs han fet un descens en ràpel des de la 15a planta de l'edifici per fer-los entrega de regals.
La iniciativa s’emmarca dins la línia d’humanització que segueix l’Hospital MaternoInfantil. Vall d’Hebron situa al pacient al centre de la seva activitat i té com a objectiu que la relació amb el pacient sigui més humana, propera i agradable. A l’Hospital MaternoInfantil s’aposta per oferir als pacients una assistència de qualitat.
Com explica Eunice Blanco, cap de la Unitat d’Atenció al Ciutadà i Treball Social de l’Hospital MaternoInfantil, “un dels nostres reptes és millorar cada dia l’experiència del pacient. Incloem les famílies, professionals i voluntaris i també totes les empreses que de manera altruista col·laboren amb nosaltres. A més, està comprovat que aquestes iniciatives promouen el benestar emocional dels nens i contribueixen d’una manera notòria a la millora del pacient. A l’Hospital MaternoInfantil formem, investiguem i innovem”.
Aquesta acció ha estat possible gràcies a l’empresa Accés Vertical, especialistes en treballs en alçada, que han decidit destinar el seu temps i una part dels beneficis anuals de l’empresa a portar il·lusió als nens que passen aquests dies hospitalitzats a Vall d’Hebron. “Accés Vertical ens ha ofert la possibilitat de fer somriure als nostres nens amb regals i una visita molt especial que transmet la il·lusió del Nadal”, afegeix Eunice Blanco.
