La iniciativa pretén treure a la llum totes les idees i experiències innovadores en els diferents àmbits professionals que contribueixin millorar l'experiència de pacients i professionals a l'Hospital.
Som un centre que aposta per la innovació i l’excel·lència. Per aquest motiu obrim el 1r Concurs d’Innovació a Vall d’Hebron a tots els professionals que treballin a l’Hospital Universitari de Vall d’Hebron i que estiguin contractats per l’ICS.
Els participants podran participar en una d’aquestes quatre categories:
● Seguretat dels pacients i dels professionals
● Sostenibilitat econòmica i energètica
● Satisfacció dels pacients
● Satisfacció dels professionals
Cada categoria tindrà un guanyador que rebrà formació en innovació i acompanyament per implementar la idea. Dels quatre finalistes, hi haurà un guanyador que anirà amb un acompanyant a la ciutat de Boston, Estats Units, on gaudirà d’una visita guiada a un dels centres capdavanters al món en innovació: el Massachusetts Institut of Technology en el 2018.
El Comitè d’Innovació de l’Hospital avaluarà les idees aportades pels mateixos professionals de l’Hospital i la seva possible implementació durant el 2018.
