Instructors course in simulation in Vall d'Hebron

The course is divided into a first online phase whose main objectives are to promote patient safety through simulation, know the theoretical foundations, understand the simulation and its properties, acquire teaching skills to direct the simulation, describe the non-technical skills  and know the training programs for these skills, offer tools to design and evaluate simulation scenarios, as well as to conduct a briefing and debriefing.

Then, a face-to-face phase of two strictly practical days in which different simulation scenarios are worked on with the aim of putting into practice everything worked during the online part with a special emphasis on the practice of briefing and debriefing.
