Objetivos:
-Identificar de forma precoz desde el punto de vista clínico aquellas complicaciones infecciosas que se dan más frecuentemente en enfermos en tratamiento con terapias biológicas.
-Ser capaces de solicitar los test diagnóstico adecuados para el diagnóstico de las principales infecciones oportunistas asociadas al uso de terapias biológicas.
-Conocer las estrategias preventivas y de vacunación a aplicar en estos pacientes de riesgo y con qué periodicidad.
-Conocer cuál es el impacto de diferentes inmunodeficiencias en el riesgo diferencial de infección en función del tratamiento biológico empleado.
-Profundizar en el diagnóstico diferencial de las principales entidades no infecciosas que pueden simular infecciones oportunistas en estos enfermos.
-Profundizar los conocimientos en relación al manejo y diagnóstico de la infección por SARS-CoV-2 en paciente con distintos estados de inmunodepresión.
