Sóc especialista en Medicina Intensiva i Crítica, amb molta experiència en l'àmbit de la Neurotraumatologia sobretot en pacients neurocrítics, politraumàtics, lesionats medul·lars aguts i pacient crític gran cremat. La meva inquietud i el voler aprofundir en la millora contínua em va dur a ser el responsable de la Unitat de Cures Intensives de l'Hospital de Traumatologia i Rehabilitació.

Curriculum

Des del 2012 sóc el responsable de Crítics de l'Hospital de Traumatologia i Rehabilitació. Des de 1988 fins el 2012 vaig ser metge adjunt de Medicina Intensiva i Crítica a l'Hospital de Traumatologia Vall d'Hebron.
Activitat docentDes del 1992 fins el 2012, tutor de residents de l'Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron acreditat pel Departament de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya. He estat docent en diversos cursos de formació continuada, especialment en l'àrea de neurociències. Codirector Symposium Internacional Neuromonitorització i tractament de la Pressió Intracranial des de fa 17 anys i membre organitzador del Curs nacional de Ventilació Mecànica des de fa 10 anys.
Formació
La meva formació com especialista en Cures Intensives va començar l'any 1984.
Llicenciat en Medicina i Cirurgia per la Universitat de València
Grau de Llicenciatura per la Universitat Central de Barcelona
Doctorat Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona
Especialitzat en Anestesiologia i Reanimació per la Escola d'Anestesiologia adscrita a la Universitat de Barcelona
